How can an appointment be made?
Appointments can be made by filling out the Request More Information form or by contacting our Special Events Coordinator directly at 615-575-4307.
How many guests can The Club at Fairvue Plantation accommodate?
With the all-inclusive option, the clubhouse can accommodate up to 225 seated guests and 275 cocktail. The outdoor venues can accommodate up to 600 guests if combined.
Can just a wedding ceremony be held?
Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate any/all events.
When do we decide on all the details for our wedding/event?
All of the details will be arranged with the Special Events Coordinator and Executive Chef prior to your event.
What is included?
Included in the price of your event are the dining room and club chairs or garden chairs, dining room tables, standard white or black linens, and standard dinnerware. All custom decor or changes to standard items will be priced by our preferred vendors.
Can I bring my own food and beverage?
Outside food and beverage with the exception of wedding cake is not permitted. All food and beverage is to be supplied solely by The Club at Fairvue Plantation.
Am I allowed to taste the food prior to my event?
A tasting for up to four people is available for persons planning banquets/events for more than 100 guests.
Can I rent items for my event?
Rental items are to be used at the sole discretion of the persons in charge of the event. Rentals can be completed and organized by the Club if the preferred vendors are utilized. All rentals and deliveries are subject to time restrictions.
How do we the reserve space?
Space cannot be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. All reservations must be approved by our Special Events Coordinator
Is parking available?
Parking will be available in our main parking lot for your guests. If overflow parking is needed, additional fees may apply.
Is there a service charge?
Yes, there is a service charge of 20 percent on all events.
What taxes are applicable?
Sales tax for the state of Tennessee is 9.25 percent applicable to all sales. Wine and alcohol also has an extra 15 percent state tax that is applied.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
Credit cards and checks are accepted.
