    • Julie Lukon | General Manager COO

      Julie Lukon, the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, came on board in 2013. Julie brings a wealth of management and leadership experience. She has a strong focus on customer service and understands the importance of providing a first-class experience for all members and guests. Prior to joining The Club at Fairvue Plantation team, Julie served as part of the Management team at Servpro Industries Inc. for over 7 years. Living in the Sumner County area and being a member of The Club at Fairvue Plantation, she is aware of the great reputation and impact The Club has on the local community.

      Connie Dickens | Controller

      Connie Dickens has been the Controller of the Club since reopening in March 2011. She worked with the previous owner by starting in accounts payable and payroll in the hotel division in 1997. Her job evolved into being a liaison with the tax auditors and an assistant to the Controller of ShoLodge before moving full time to The Club at Fairvue in 2007. She feels one of her greatest business achievements is her rapport with both Club members and her coworkers, and she thrives on trying to exceed their expectations. She started her career at a branch of First & Peoples Bank while obtaining her banking degree at Volunteer State Community College. Her overall greatest accomplishments are her children, Elizabeth and Alexander. Connie also enjoys spending time with her other family from the Westmoreland Church of Christ, where she works in several ministries.

      Cindy Cline | Accounting & Cottages

      Cindy was born and raised right here in Gallatin. She has been a vital part of the restaurant/hospitality industry for 30 years working in accounting. She started with Captain D’s and Shoney’s restaurants and then moved into the hotel industry with Shoney’s Inns, Sumner Suites, AmeriSuites, and Guest House Inns. Cindy joined The Club in 2008 and has been there ever since. She loves to scrapbook and spend time with her two children and grandchildren.

    • Sarah Tate Stratton | Membership director

      Sarah joined the Club at Fairvue as the Membership Director in 2014 after graduating with a degree in public relations from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). As a Sumner County native, she understands the impact The Club has on the local community, and she knows The Club is nothing without its loyal, supportive members. By portraying The Club's exceptional reputation to the public, Sarah plans to bring in top-notch new members. Sarah lives in Hendersonville with her husband of two years, Phillip, and their only baby, a German Shorthaired Pointer, Chief.

      Jordan grew up in the heart of Nashville and recently moved to Old Hickory, TN. She lived in Chattanooga for three and a half years while attending school at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After graduating, she moved home and worked as an Events Manager at The Hermitage working mostly with weddings. She is excited to join the Club at Fairvue because she feels she will be able to broaden her Events Planning experience. She will strive to exceed the Members expectations to make the Club, "The Place to Be". In her free time, Jordan loves spending time with her family and her puppy.

  • Golf Operations
    • Ken Crowder | pga head golf professional

      Ken comes to The Club at Fairvue Plantation after a 28-year career as the General Manager/ Director of Golf at Lonesome Pine Country Club in Big Stone Gap, VA. Because five counties in Southwest Virginia are a part of the Tennessee PGA, Ken has spent his entire career as a member of the Tennessee Section. Ken has been named the Tennessee PGA Golf Professional of the Year three times - in 2007, 2011, and 2015. Additionally, Ken has been named the Bill Strausbaugh Award winner three times in the Tennessee PGA - in 2006, 2009, and in 2014. Ken, who attended Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia's College at Wise, spent 10 years a a member of the Tennessee PGA Board, including two years as its President in 2014 and 2015. Ken and his wife, Norma, an elementary school teacher, have four sons. Ken's plan is to build upon the many wonderful golf activities currently in place at Fairvue Plantation and his mission has always been to maximize the member experience.

      Will Leety | PGA Lead Assistant Golf Professional

      Will has been an Assistant Golf Professional at The Club at Fairvue Plantation since May 2008. Prior to Fairvue Plantation, he worked at Pelican Marsh in Naples, Florida, Ft. Lauderdale Country Club in Plantation, Florida, and Butler Country Club in Butler, Pennsylvania. Will earned his B.S in Accounting at the University of Tennessee in 2002 and received his PGA Membership status in July 2010. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience and teaches golfers of all ages and abilities, which include individual lessons, junior camps, and golf clinics. He is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is an avid fan of all Pittsburgh teams. Will’s goals are to provide the highest quality customer service to our members and provide the best image that makes Fairvue Planation the most recognized golf club in all of Middle Tennessee.

    • Richard grenamyer | food & beverage director

      Richard was born and raised on Long Island, New York. His family owned and operated a restaurant The Kismet Inn on Fire Island, New York. Richard learned all aspects of the restaurant business from his father from washing dishes to becoming the general manager. His passion was cooking and by the time he was 15 he was running the kitchen. After 18 years he left the family business to venture out on his own. He has owned and operated 14 restaurants in his career. Tryon, North Carolina. Jacksonville, Florida. Seaside, Florida. Memphis, Tennessee. His club experience came from running Officer’s clubs for the Navy, a City Club in Tallahassee, Florida, and most recently at Foxland Harbor here in Gallatin.

      Richard is married to Evalee and resides in Gallatin. He moved to this area to be close to his daughter, son-in-law, and his three beautiful granddaughters.

      Bryan was raised in a small farming town in Reisterstown, Maryland.  It is here, where he started working in the restaurant industry as a bus boy and then worked his way back into the kitchen.  Bryan moved to Providence, RI to attend Johnson & Wales University, where he received a degree in both culinary arts and food service management. Bryan cooked in New England for the last 10 years as sous chef and recently moved to Gallatin, TN to be closer to family, with his wife Ciara.

    • Jeff Madsen | Golf Course Superintendent

      Jeff grew up in Monroe, Iowa, and graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Turfcare Horticulture. While attending ISU he worked full-time as the Assistant Superintendent at Ames Golf and Country Club. After graduation, he accepted the Assistant Superintendent position at ALVAMAR Country Club in Lawrence, Kansas, which at the time had the highest number of Zoysia grass acres of any course in the United States. He has 27 years of experience in the role of superintendent, with 22 of those years in Tennessee. Jeff has also been hired to consult on two high profile courses in Japan. In 2002, he was hired to finish construction and grow in the course at Fairvue Plantation. Since re-opening in March of 2011, he has been the Superintendent at Fairvue Plantation. Jeff and his wife Phyllis have a daughter, Jenna.
