Richard was born and raised on Long Island, New York. His family owned and operated a restaurant The Kismet Inn on Fire Island, New York. Richard learned all aspects of the restaurant business from his father from washing dishes to becoming the general manager. His passion was cooking and by the time he was 15 he was running the kitchen. After 18 years he left the family business to venture out on his own. He has owned and operated 14 restaurants in his career. Tryon, North Carolina. Jacksonville, Florida. Seaside, Florida. Memphis, Tennessee. His club experience came from running Officer’s clubs for the Navy, a City Club in Tallahassee, Florida, and most recently at Foxland Harbor here in Gallatin.
Richard is married to Evalee and resides in Gallatin. He moved to this area to be close to his daughter, son-in-law, and his three beautiful granddaughters.

BRYAN WILLETT | EXECUTIVE CHEF
Bryan was raised in a small farming town in
Reisterstown, Maryland. It is here, where he started working in the
restaurant industry as a bus boy and then worked his way back into the kitchen.
Bryan moved to Providence, RI to attend Johnson & Wales University,
where he received a degree in both culinary arts and food service management.
Bryan cooked in New England for the last 10 years as sous chef and recently
moved to Gallatin, TN to be closer to family, with his wife Ciara.
